- 1/2 of a yellow or red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 bunch of rainbow chard from Harmony Farm, stems & leaves chopped & then separated
- 1 dozen pasture raised eggs from Harmony Farm
- 1/2 cup green onions from Jennings Brae Bank Farm, chopped
- 8-10 fresh lemon basil leaves from Hawthorne Valley Farm, chopped
- Salt & pepper
