A company that has multiple individuals from Bridgeport, Harrison County and throughout the region could be facing a buyout. According to his WDT report, Mylan Pharmaceuticalsj, which employs 30,000 people and maintains a headquarters in Morgantown even though their corporate headquarters is now in Holland, is dealing with an Israeli-based generic drug company that may purchase the company.
Teva is offering over $40 billion to buy Mylan, and it could be a realistic possibility after Mylan's attempted purchase of an Irish-based drug company failed.
