WVU Student Hit by Car Identified as Woman from Area; Condition Reported

Authorities have identified the WVU student hit by a car in Morgantown, Tuesday morning.
According to a press release from Morgantown Police, 20-year-old Sara Queen of Weston was identified as the victim in that incident.
Queen was crossing Monongalia Boulevard at Evansdale Crossing when she was hit by a 2018 Ford F-250 pickup truck. She was taken to Ruby Memorial Hospital for surgery, where she remains in critical condition. The driver has not been identified at this time.
