Two programs running simultaneously. Unique workouts, designed for moms, will result in improvement in both cardiovascular fitness and strength. Moms of any age are welcome, regardless of whether their children are participating.
Children will participate in age appropriate fitness activities in an adjacent room with a qualified instructor. Open to babies and children of any age. At the end of each class, moms and kids will exercise together. Excellent opportunity for both moms and kids to get fit!
Instructed by Emily Stapleton, a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. STRONGMOMS combines the benefits of a personal trainer with the camaraderie of working with a group, while STRONGKIDS provides a positive and active environment for babies and children.
