As part of this initiative, Stonewall Resort will provide a free round of golf to veterans, active duty, reserves and Guard beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the Arnold Palmer Signature Course, resort officials announced. “We believe there is no higher sacrifice than to serve and defend our country as a member of the military,” said Mike Hager, general manager for Stonewall Resort. “It is our privilege to honor our veterans and active military with a bit of rest and relaxation in the form of golfing at the Palmer Course on September 12th.” Hager said active and former members of the military must provide a form of military identification and should contact the pro shop at (304) 269-8885 to make their tee time.
