Frank Abruzzino Presents the Benefits of Grass-Fed Beef at the Bridgeport Public Library!
The Bridgeport Farmers Market is again represented at the Bridgeport Public Library in a special presentation. On June 25th at 6:30pm, Frank Abruzzino of Hawthorne Valley Farms will speak on the benefits of consuming grass-fed beef. Abruzzino will offer his perspective on the beef industry and also give $5.00 in Bridgeport Farmers Market coupons to those whom attend. All are welcome and admission is free.
Abruzzino says “grass-fed beef is raised the way nature intended. Grass-fed beef is a product free of implanted growth hormones, antibiotics, and added chemicals by local producers in clean, humane, and environmentally friendly pastures. Grass-fed animal products are an option to keep in mind as studies show genetically modified grains can be devastating to human health.”
For more information about the event, please contact Sarah Rosier at the Bridgeport Public Library at 304-842-8248 or at srosier@bridgeportwv.com.
