2013 Annual Spring Golf Outing

Date: Friday May 10, 2013

Place: Tygart Lake Golf Course

COST: $200 per Team / $50 per Person, includes Golf, Prizes and Meal

The prizes will follow the golf tournament. Meal includes

hamburger/hot dog, sides, and tea/lemonade, etc. (cash bar

available)

TIME:

Registration/Lunch - 11:00 am – 12:00 am

Shotgun Start - 12:30 am

FORMAT

1. Format of play will be a four-person scramble

2. Golfers should arrive at the Pro Shop to register no later than

11:00 AM

3. Must use all golfers drive at least once within the round

PRIZES

1. Low Team Score

2. Individual Skill Prizes for Long Drive, Long Putt(s), Closest to

Pin(s). (All Golfers eligible)

3. Door Prizes awarded by drawing – MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN
