Bridgeport Public Library Closed to Public on Monday

Although Bridgeport City offices are not closed Monday, the Bridgeport Public Library will be closed to the public.
Interim City Manager Joe Shuttleworth told Council at Monday’s meeting the library will be closed all day Monday, Jan. 19. The reason for the closure is for staff training.
Also, maintenance of the Johnson Avenue building will also take place. Workers will be doing on-site flooring and painting work during the closure, Shuttleworth said.
Normal operations resume Tuesday.
