By Connect-Bridgeport Staff on March 30, 2026

The Harrison County Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce that Charles A. “Chuck” Koukoulis, President of KCI Aviation, will receive the 2026 Chairman’s Champion Award for Economic Growth & Development at the Chamber’s 107th Annual Awards & Dinner.

The event, themed “The Greatest Show in Harrison County, the rings that build our business community” will be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at the Robinson Grand Performing Arts Center, 444 W. Pike Street, Clarksburg. Doors open at 5:00 PM, with the awards program beginning at 5:30 PM. Dinner begins at 6:30 PM.

Koukoulis is being recognized for his outstanding leadership and lasting impact on the regional and global aviation industry, as well as his commitment to workforce development and economic growth in North Central West Virginia.

In addition to honoring Koukoulis, the Chamber will celebrate this year’s Centurian Businesses—organizations that have served the Harrison County community for 100 years or more. These businesses represent the backbone of the local economy, providing jobs, essential services, and contributing to the region’s growth and vitality for generations.

“A century—or more—of business is rare, and it is a legacy that deserves recognition at both the local and state level,” said Amy Haberbosch-Wilson, Harrison County Economic Development Director and the 2026 Chairman of the Chamber Board of Directors.

In a special collaboration, West Virginia Secretary of State Kris Warner will join the Chamber in presenting these awards, highlighting the significance of these long-standing institutions in the state’s economic and community life.
