Frank Devono, Jr. Elected President, Mary Frances Smith Vice President of County Board of Education

At the most recent meeting of the Harrison County Board of Education, members of the elected body named the president and the vice president for the next two years. And the names are familiar ones.
Frank Devono, Jr., was elected as president of the BOE. Mary Frances Smith was elected as the board's vice president.
Both individuals held the same post prior to the most recent election.
