Harrison County First Responders Handle Overturned Tractor Trailer with Thousands of Pounds of Cake Mix

According to WDTV, a tractor trailer carrying thousands of pounds of cake mix rolled over on Interstate 79 Northbound in Harrison County Thursday.
The accident occurred at approximately 12 p.m. just before the Lost Creek exit near mile marker 109.
Traffic was backed up significantly in the area as of 12:30 p.m.
The driver was out of the vehicle, officials said.
