Local Road Closure to Last for Nearly Three Months

FROM THE WEST VIRGINIA DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS, DISTRICT FOUR OFFICE
There will be a road closure on County Route 52. Glade Run Road in Taylor County, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., daily, starting Monday, August 10, 2026, through late October 2026, for waterline installation. Daytime operations only.
Road closure location will move with project progression to allow traffic to continue normally in a timely manner.
Alternate Routes Include: County Route 54/2, Eby Road and County Route 9, Knottsville Road.
Expect delays. Motorists are advised to plan ahead and allow additional time for their commute.
Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances could change the project schedule.
