The West Virginia Division of Natural Resources (WVDNR) today announced the return of its Gift the Outdoors promotion, which includes holiday gift ideas for hunters, anglers and nature enthusiasts.

This year, the WVDNR has made purchasing digital gift certificates even easier through an express checkout process that does not require a user to create an account in the WVDNR’s Electronic Licensing System.
