City Reveals Date of First Dive-In Movie for 2026 and Community Members Get to Select What's Shown

The City of Bridgeport and Parks and Recreation is asking the community to help pick the first dive-win movie of 2026.
Officials have announced that the first dive-in movie evening will be July 17. The dive-in movie is just that – you get to watch a movie either in or around the City of Bridgeport Pool.
The choices are as follows:
- Lilo & Stitch (2025)
- Rio
- Penguins of Madagascar
- The Little Mermaid (1989)
Voting will last for two weeks from May 27. How do you vote?
Click this link HERE to go to the City of Bridgeport’s Facebook. Scroll down to May 27 and until you see the dive-in movie graphic and post. After that, all you have to do is make a comment on which movie you would like to see.
