National Chain Latest NewPointe Plaza Retail Addition

A national chain that has more than 500 stores across 49 states is bringing its first location to North Central West Virginia.
Boot Barn, which is a California-based company, will be opening its newest location at the NewPointe Shopping Plaza in the weeks ahead. A

The business is filling the space formerly operated by Party City. It brings a decades-old tested and proven business model, which began in 1978, to Clarksburg and minutes from Bridgeport.
Boot Barn specializes in western wear, work boots, denim, and accessories for men, women, and children. It is a billion-dollar company.
Currently, there are three Boot Barn locations operating in West Virginia. The closest site is in Vienna in Wood County, while there are also locations in Martinsburg and Beckley.
It is considered the United States’ largest specialty retailer of western and work-related footwear, apparel, and accessories.
