Linda Williams was born and raised in Morgantown before moving to Bridgeport in 1982. Steve Williams considers himself from Bridgeport, having lived here since 1982, the year he started working with Petroleum Development Corporation.
Linda earned an undergraduate degree in home economics and an MBA from WVU. She has worked as a computer consultant and a substitute teacher and has assisted many individuals, businesses, and schools in the transition to the electronic era. She has served as a Girl Scout leader and has been a volunteer for the BHS band, among other volunteer roles.
Steve graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a degree in mechanical engineering and received an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He was PDC's president, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors. He has served on the Board of Governors of the Independent Petroleum Association of America and on the Board of Directors of Medbrook Children's Charity.
Linda and Steve have supported a variety of school and community programs, including the BHS marching band, the theater program, the track and football field, United Hospital Center, United Way, Girl and Boy Scouts and a variety of colleges and universities and other educational and charitable organizations.
