Eleanor Reed Named UHC's First iCARE Recipient

WVU Medicine United Hospital Center unveiled its newest recognition program, the iCARE Award. This monthly award is based on feedback from iRound recognition reports generated by patients and their families. iRound is a web-based reporting and analytics system that helps to improve the patient experience.
UHC’s first iCARE Award was presented to Eleanor Reed, RN II, for being recognized by patients/families for exceeding expectations and motivating others to emulate her following attributes:
C=Connect with Patients
A=Anticipate Needs
R=Respond with Kindness
E=Exceed expectations
Reed was awarded a Thank You iCARE card, an iRound Because iCARE pin, and a gift card of her choice.
