Photos: Crim, Cottrills Featured During July Artist After Hours in Clarksburg

By Ben Queen on July 21, 2021

The Cultural Foundation of Harrison County hosted the second Artist After Hours event late last week at the Uptown Event Center in Clarksburg. The event featured artwork by local visual artist Katherine M. Crim and a live performance by local musicians The Cottrill Family.

The Cottrill Family, comprised of local songwriter and acoustic guitarist Brian Cottrill along with his daughters, Brooke, Hannah and Erica Cottrill, performed a range of originals, classic rock, and other pop songs.

Katherine M. Crim has been an artist for as long as she can remember. A signature member of the WV Watercolor Society and a Tamarack juried artist, Crim is also an art teacher in Harrison County and owner of Art by Crim, along with her husband.

Take a look at many images from the event in the gallery below. Photos are by Kyle Jenkins of www.BenQueenPhotography.com.
