Trick or Treat in Bridgeport to be From 6 P.M. to 7:30 P.M. on Halloween Day

City Manager Brian Newton announced at Monday's Council meeting that Trick or Treat in Bridgeport will take place from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on the day of Halloween, Monday, Oct. 31
