Morgantown Housing Fair

Morgantown, WV: Community Housing Action Partnership (CHAP) will host this year’s Morgantown Housing Fair. The event will take place on Saturday, April 21 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. inside the Morgantown Mall.

The Morgantown Housing Fair offers home hunters the opportunity to find property managers, realtors, lenders and others offering services and information about affordable and accessible housing all in one spot. House and apartment seekers can learn about the unique mortgage programs and services available for veterans, low and moderate income borrowers, seniors, working families and others looking to make Morgantown their home. Activities and prizes will be offered for those who participate in the fair.
