Bridgeport Public Library - Bookin' It

Bridgeport, WV – “Bookin’ It” will be held at the Bridgeport Public Library on Tuesday, February 4, 11, 18, and 25, 2020 at 2:00 pm.

The event includes easy, low-impact aerobic classes for adults and senior citizens. Low-impact exercise involves a full range of motion, tones, and tightens muscles, improves balance and posture, increases heart rate for healthier cardiovascular system, and improves coordination with stretching. Please consult a doctor before beginning any fitness program. If you have questions about this program, please contact Tyler at the library at 304-842-8248.
