Your Food From the Ground Up! No Cost Healthy Nutrition Classes Training session times are 12:00-2:00 pm EST. Members, Friends and Community are welcome to learn about growing your own food sources for healthier eating and lifestyle. Educators Mike Holcomb and Anna Ash will be speaking on the importnce of raising as much of your own food as possible, getting back to ancestral roots and helping bridge the gap between industral kitchens and home cooked meals. Snacks, Beverages, Swags Bags, and Custom Recipe Books will be available. Walk-ins available but can not be guaranteed a swag bag.
