City Firefighter/EMT Hunter Long Honored by Pierpont

Bridgeport first responders continue to keep working to provide the best safety for the residents and property within the municipal boundaries and beyond. The latest example of that is Hunter Long.
Long, currently a firefighter and EMT, recently made the Dean’s List at Pierpont Community and Technical College as part of their Paramedic program. He is currently in his last semester of his Paramedic training, which is a rigorous 12 month program consisting of didactic, clinical, and lab.
Along with his college courses, Long still in his Department of Labor Apprenticeship, which requires extensive training while on-the-job.
