Editor's Note: One of the biggest retail projects in decades - a $40 million, 240,000 square foot project - held an official ribbon cutting ceremony in February. Menards brought its latest store to Charles Pointe Crossing and it is hoped it will serve as an anchor for multiple other additions in the development.
