Recognize the folks in this picture? If not, it's because it is about 20 years old. This is an advertisement from the 2003 Bridgeport High School yearbook Ki-Cu-Wa. Shown in the advertisement for Hadorn Distributing, which is still in place on Main Street, from left are Jeffrey Perine, B.R. Hathaway, Jacob Perine, (sitting on hood), Brett Hathaway, Brittany Perine, and Natalie Hathaway.
The late Don Knotts, a West Virginia icon, is shown back on his home turf in Morgantown reading to youngsters in 1975. Knotts made many visits to Morgantown, where he graduated from West Virginia University. Photo is courtesy of the West Virginia Regional & History Center.
