Time Travel: Residential Development in City in 1969 and a Winter Scene from Parsons During Mid-1900's

Anyone recognize this section of Bridgeport today? The road going through the middle of the photo is Stout Street as it was just starting to see development in this photo from 1969.
This photo is thought to be from the last 1940s or 1950s, but not certain. However, it is a photo of Parsons in the winter in Tucker county and on the left, first, is the National Bank and that is followed by Hinebaugh's Restaurant. On the right is The Tucker Democrat newspaper office and down the street is a Texaco station. If you have better information on this photo, add a comment in the comment section below.

That is not Stout Street going thru the middle of the photo. Stout is on the Left, Top middle is Glen Ave and the one on the Bottom center is Jones. The road going left to right thru the middle of the photo is New Street
