Bridgeport-Based Kaufman & McPherson Named One of State's Top Mass Torts Lawyers by Expertise.com

Bridgeport law firm Kaufman & McPherson, PLLC has been identified as one of the Best Torts Lawyers in West Virginia by web publisher Expertise.com. 
 
The goal of the publication’s ranking is to connect people with the best local experts.  West Virginia Mass Torts Lawyers were scored on more than 25 variables across five categories: Availability, Qualifications, Reputation, Experience and Professionalism.
 
Kaufman & McPherson, PLLC, has been representing residents in the West Virginia area for over three decades. The firm litigates Roundup mass torts, advocating for the rights of clients suffering non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma or other types of cancer after using the herbicide. Its attorneys have been negotiating on behalf of clients in pending Roundup claims. They also represent victims of defective products.
 
Founding partner Kevin S. Kaufman used to work at the legal department of the Columbia Natural Resources. He is an American Trial Lawyers Association member.
