Bridgeport's Jenkins Subaru Hyundai Aids Community Again as it Makes Donation to Clarksburg Mission

By Connect-Bridgeport Staff on February 10, 2024

Jenkins Subaru Hyundai of Bridgeport, donated dozens of coats to the Clarksburg Mission through the Subaru Loves to Help campaign on Wednesday, Feb. 7.

“We’re looking forward to helping [the Mission’s] cause and will continue to contribute to [their] mission," Sales Manager Andrew Jenkins said.

The donation was welcome. Officials said Subaru is dedicated to supporting those in need in our communities.

“We are grateful for the support of organizations like Jenkins Subaru Hyundai. We are a donor-supported non-profit, so every donation makes a difference," Clarksburg Mission Executive Director Desi Underwood said.

The donation was delivered at 11 a.m. and included dozens of winter coats in diverse sizes. The items will be distributed to residents of the Mission as well as to those in need in the greater Clarksburg community.
