Citynet Center to Close for Up to Five Days in August to Clean Facility; Outdoor Complexes to Stay Open

The Citynet Center will be closed for up to five consecutive days this August.
Beginning August 19th, annual maintenance and improvements affecting all parts of the Citynet Center will require the building to be completely closed for safety purposes. This closure may last up to five days. The outside portions of the complex (baseball fields, outdoor turf, etc.) will not be affected by this closure.
Objectives:
- Refinish basketball courts
- Perform routine maintenance & deep cleaning of the pools
- Other miscellaneous upgrades & deep cleaning projects
Closing to complete all maintenance at once will avoid shutdowns throughout the year. The closure will ensure safety for patrons and staff as strong chemicals may be used. Staff will work diligently to complete maintenance as quickly as possible.
