Council is expected approve a contract with RDR Utility Services Group, LLC in the amount of $287,775.00 plus a 10 percent contingency of $28,777.00 for a total of $316,552.00 for the 2024 concrete street repairs project.

The streets potentially set to receive repairs are:

- Ridgeway Dr
- Sherwood Rd
- Archwood Ave
- Westwood Ave
- Ashford Dr
- W Shannon Dr
- Broadway Ave
- North St
- Willis Ave
- Cherry St

The concrete street repairs project differs from the asphalt road resurfacing project which potentially includes:
- Millbrook Rd. (From Gateway Ave to Johnson Ave)

In addition to the contract with RDR Utility Services, there are two other new business items on tonight's agenda.

Council will consider and act upon policy updates to the City of Bridgeport employee handbook and with consider and act upon the City of Bridgeport salary ordinance for the 2024-25 fiscal year.

There are currently no awards or presentations and no unfinished business items on the agenda. There is also no work session planned.
Mayor Andy Lang and Interim City Manager and Police Chief Mark Rogers will provide reports.

As always, there will be a period of time set aside for public comments and Council encourages any resident with a concern to come and speak during this time.

Pastor Josiah Greaver is scheduled to provide the invocation which will be followed by the Pledge of Allegiance to start the regular meeting at 7 p.m. in City Hall.
