The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources is reporting as of this morning (Thursday, Nov. 19) the total number of COVID-19 cases has increased from 36,277 to 37,399 an increase of 1,122 cases.

Wednesday's report is showing that the total number of tests given is 972,894 and the percentage of positive cases vs. tests given is at 3.39 percent. The daily percent positive is at 5.22 percent (daily tests/confirmatory test results).
