JES Provides Information on Upcoming Final Day for New Student Registration

Monday (Aug. 3) is the last official new student registration day and from 9 a.m. - 1p.m., new enrollees may register at the Johnson Elementary (JES) main office on 601 Johnson Ave., Bridgeport.
The following forms will be needed: Certified birth certificate, immunization records, and two proof of residency (major utility bills, tax receipt, current driver's license, passport, legitimate lease, etc.).
Students entering kindergarten and second grade will need a preventative health check-up and a dental check-up within the last 365 days.
