James Kennedy, Officer of Law Enforcement for 10 Years, Promoted to Harrison County Sheriff Sergeant

Harrison County Sheriff Robert Matheny and the Harrison County Sheriff's Office is pleased to announce Deputy James M. Kennedy was promoted to the rank of Sergeant.
Kenneday has hit the double-digit total in experience in law enforcement. He began his career in 2014.
