Tickets Still Available for a Family Fun Concert Set for July 20 Locally at the Clarksburg Amphitheater

By Connect-Bridgeport Staff on May 29, 2024

FROM THE CLARKSBURG AMPHITHEATER

The Clarksburg Amphitheater added close to a dozen events for the year for its summer concert series. Along with country, R&B and pop acts, the Mini Pop Kids will provide a family fun event for everyone with their kid-friendly versions of today’s biggest pop hits.

Known as Canada’s #1 music brand for kids, Mini Pop Kids will take the stage on July 20 at the Amp bringing plenty of energy for this interactive live show. Doug Comer, director of city parks, expects a packed house for the group.

“Satellite radio offers a couple stations where kids are singing renditions of hits from the likes of Taylor Swift, Beyonce and Harry Styles. And right here in Clarksburg, Mini Pop Kids will do the same but live on stage. It will be a memorable event for the kids who love to sing along with what they hear on the radio,” said Comer.

Originating over 15 years ago, Mini Pop Kids are iconic in children’s music with over a million albums sold, and constantly topping iTunes and Billboard charts. The brand-new Good Vibes Concert Tour features the year's biggest hits featuring songs from Swift, Beyonce, Olivia Rodrigo, Styles and Dua Lipa as well as throwback favorites that everyone will love.

“This is a concert and more,” said Comer. “Families can dance, sing and experience all the wonderment that is the Mini Pop Kids.  Concert tickets have been consistently selling and with school dismissing for the year, this is a great gift for the kids.”

Each year, more than 500 hopefuls audition to be a part of this legacy act, and many Mini Pop Kids have gone on to perform with the biggest names in the biz, including Justin Bieber, Beyonce, and on national TV and Broadway.

Prior to showtime, each ticket purchased for a child will get you exclusive access to carnival games with a guaranteed prize, face painting by Paint Misbehavin, Kona Ice, and more.

Tickets will be available by visiting www.clarksburgAMP.com or by calling 866.973.9610. Advance tickets will be $15 for general admission, $25 for reserved seating and $30 for premium seating, which will include the first 7 rows from the stage.

This performance is set to begin at 7 p.m. with doors opening at 5 p.m.. For more information about the bands, events or the Clarksburg Amphitheater, call 304.624.1655 or visit www.ClarksburgAMP.com.
