United Hospital Center Recognized by Donate Life West Virginia with Highest Designation

WVU Medicine United Hospital Center (UHC) was recently awarded the highest designation, Titanium level, from the Center for Organ Recovery & Education (CORE), concerning its participation in the 2024 Donate Life West Virginia Challenge.
The competition encourages West Virginia hospitals to highlight the need for organ, eye, and tissue donors and ultimately register more West Virginians as donors. The awareness and designation activities are captured on a scorecard for participating hospitals to achieve levels based on point totals.
The levels – from highest to lowest – are Titanium, Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze.
