August is Read a Romance Month! Although romance is not everyone’s go-to genre, you would be surprised at how many sub-genres of romance there are including historical, inspirational, suspense, gothic, fantasy, contemporary, and so many more! Most people believe romance novels are written only for women, but I find that to be incorrect. I know many men who also enjoy what we would consider a romance novel, the trick is finding one with a plot and sub-genre that is interesting to you. No matter how you slice the romance genre, the
