Bridgeport's Isiah Williams Lands First Team All-State Soccer Honors; Madden, Malenich also Recognized

Bridgeport High School had one first team selection to the Class AA-A All-State soccer team announced today and as chosen by the West Virginia Sports Writers Association.
 
Senior Isiah Williams was the Indians' lone selection to either the first team or second team. He played on the back line this season for the Indians who had another solid campaign.
 
BHS did land two honorable mention picks.
 
Mac Madden and Philip Malenich were chosen on the honorable mention list. Robert C. Byrd's Khori Miles capped an impressive career as he was named captain of the first team.
 
The sports writers use their own votes as well as ballots from the coaches in helping to choose the player chosen to each category listed below.
