Bring Your Appetite to Downtown Bridgeport Dec. 2 as Lions Club Hosting Pancake and Sausage Breakfast

By Connect-Bridgeport Staff on November 18, 2023

The Bridgeport Lions will hold its annual Pancake and Sausage breakfast on Saturday, December 2, 2023 at the Bridgeport Civic Center. This annual event allows Christmas parade goers to have a hearty breakfast before or after the Bridgeport Christmas parade. Breakfast will be served from 8 a.m. until noon, at a cost of $8 for adults, $ 5 for children ages six to twelve and children under five eat free.

IHOP will once again furnish its delicious pancake batter for this event. Sausage and beverages will round out this annual breakfast.

Tickets may be purchased in advance from Bridgeport Lions members or may be purchased at the door of the Civic Center on December 2.

Remember, when you support your local Lions club, you are also supporting your community because Lions clubs offer free vision screenings, free diabetic checks, scholarships for students to attend leadership camps and the provision of other items in our community such as playground equipment, defibrillators, assist with the Bridgeport Story Walk, and much more.

The members of the Bridgeport Lions Club appreciate our local IHOP for helping to make this annual community event a success by providing the pancake batter and at cost prices for sausage, butter and syrup.

For more information contact Lion Chad Burns at 304-992-4237 or Lion Annie Bronsak at 304-657-8165.00.

Editor's Note: Photos from the 2022 Pancake Feed, the first one held by the group since 2019, were taken by Joe LaRocca.
