Uncle Kracker to Bring His Signature Summer Vibes to Area with June 26 Clarksburg Amphitheater Visit

By Connect-Bridgeport Staff on March 21, 2025

FROM THE CLARKSBURG AMPHITHEATRE

Get ready for an unforgettable night as MULTI-PLATINUM artist Uncle Kracker takes the stage at the Clarksburg Amphitheater on Thursday, June 26, as part of the City Parks of Clarksburg’s Summer Concert Series.

With an already star-studded lineup featuring Gavin Adcock, We The Kingdom, and Oliver Anthony Music, the addition of Uncle Kracker makes this a must-attend event for music fans. Known for his laid-back, feel-good sound, Uncle Kracker has spent over two decades delivering a unique blend of Country, Pop, Rock, and Hip-Hop.

His career took off as part of Kid Rock’s Twisted Brown Trucker Band, where he contributed to the RIAA DIAMOND-certified Devil Without A Cause. His 2000 solo debut, Double Wide, hit #7 on the Billboard 200 and achieved 2X PLATINUM status, followed by the GOLD-certified No Stranger to Shame (2002).

Over the years, he’s topped charts across multiple genres with hits like the PLATINUM “Follow Me,” the 2X PLATINUM “When The Sun Goes Down” (with Kenny Chesney), and his iconic rendition of Dobie Gray’s “Drift Away,” which set a Billboard record with 28 consecutive weeks at #1 on Adult Contemporary Radio. His 3X PLATINUM hit “Smile” remains a fan favorite and has been featured in numerous films and TV shows, including The Office.

Now, Uncle Kracker is back with new music, including his latest album Coffee & Beer, featuring singles “Beach Chair,” “Reason to Drink,” and “Sweet 16”. Whether performing new material or his timeless classics, one thing remains the same—he’s all about bringing the party to the stage.

“I just want people to have fun,” says Uncle Kracker. “That’s always been my philosophy. If I’m enjoying it, then it’s worth doing.”

His live shows are known for their high-energy, interactive atmosphere, and City Parks of Clarksburg Superintendent Doug Comer expects this concert to be a highlight of the summer.

“If you’ve ever seen Uncle Kracker perform, you know he brings a chill, feel-good energy that’s perfect for a summer night at the Amp,” says Comer. “With his ongoing tour alongside Jake Owen, we’re thrilled to have him make a stop in Clarksburg. Big thanks to Variety Attractions and our industry partners for making this year’s lineup such a success.”

Tickets go on sale Monday, March 24, at 10:00 AM and can be purchased online at www.clarksburgamp.com or via Etix, the official ticketing provider of the Clarksburg Amphitheater.
