Melissa Romano is a personal trainer for the whole person. She started as a Certified Personal Trainer, continued on to a Holistic Lifestyle Coach, Yoga Psychology and  now studying Yoga Therapy; these practices combined cover the mind, body, and spirit to create a holistic approach to personal training. Melissa is a Clarksburg-native, West Virginia Wesleyan graduate and currently has an office on Main Street in Bridgeport. Melissa is an avid advocate for Women’s Health; she hosts women’s circles in Bridgeport each month and hosts women’s retreats all over West Virginia and beyond. She can often be spotted around town and at local parks trying to keep up with her four year old son, Cannon
