With summer around the corner, it’s the perfect time to explore picnic treats. This is a new favorite! Getting kids to eat black beans can be a bit of a challenge but this brownie recipe may just get them over the hump. It’s hard to go wrong with
anything “chocolate.” This recipe is great for those adopting a gluten free diet or simply wish to trade up for healthier snacks or desserts.
For this recipe we used a mini muffin tin for bite size treats, although any muffin tin will do.
