October to Feature Special Events at Stonewall Resort

Featuring fall harvest culinary dinners and wine and beer tastings, high energy musical performances, interactive trivia, a Halloween-themed dance party and much more, Stonewall Resort offers a full lineup of events throughout the month of October sure to appeal to all.
“Guests from near and far enjoy opportunities to share a night out with friends and family while engaging in fun and unique experiences,” said Andre’ D’Amour, general manager at Stonewall Resort. “To meet that expectation, we’ve developed a robust calendar of activities each weekend in October.”

Oct. 7 / A Night with the Blues Brothers – A Tribute Show
Celebrate the music of The Blues Brothers with this special musical tribute concert featuring “The Soul Men” impersonating Jake and Elwood to perfection. This high energy and interactive performance showcases the Blues Brothers’ songs live in the Stonewall Ballroom. The evening also features interactive karaoke between sets.
Oct. 15 / Game Show Junkies
Game Show Junkies is a fast-paced, interactive event that combines popular elements from the top game shows to create an evening of fun and friendly competition. Packed with exciting challenges reminiscent of shows like Name That Tune, Minute to Win It, Let’s Make a Deal and Trivia Time, the event tests players’ knowledge of music, general trivia, and luck at beating the odds.
Oct. 21 / Fall Harvest Dinner Buffet & Taste of Fall Wine Tasting
Two separate events that can be enjoyed together! Stillwaters Restaurant will host a Fall Harvest Dinner Buffet featuring seasonal delights. Dinner reservations are required by calling (304) 269-8880. Outside on the Stillwaters Patio with live music by Dustin McCray, wine experts from Oliver Wines and North Central Distributing will guide guests through a wine tasting highlighting a variety of different flavor profiles that are perfect for a crisp autumn evening.
Oct. 22 / Beer-Inspired Dinner Buffet & Fall Harvest Beer Tasting
Featuring beer-infused recipes representative of Fall culinary traditions, the Beer Inspired Dinner Buffet will offer a host of soul-satisfying dishes, to include beef pot roast, beer brats with onions, slow roasted Prime Rib and much more. Dinner reservations are required by calling (304) 269-8880. Representatives from Pittsburgh Brewery will discuss and offer samples of their Iron City Light, Mango Ale, and Pumpkin Ale beers outdoors on the Adler Patio with live music from Kevin Dale.
Oct. 29 / Spooktacular Dance Party
Indulge in the spooky season this Halloween! Stonewall Resort will host the Spooktacular Dance Party, featuring music from DJ Alex O’Neil, on Oct. 29. The event will feature an adult costume contest with prizes for “most original,” “scariest,” and “funniest” costumes, so come prepared.
