Photos: Bridgeport Closes Season With 42-7 Win Over Morgantown

By Ben Queen on November 07, 2020

Class AAA No. 7 Bridgeport wrapped up its regular season with a 42-7 victory against No. 12 Morgantown Friday night at Pony Lewis Field.

Three BHS players, Cam Cole, J.T. Muller and Hayden Moore, topped 100 rushing yards in the game and combined for six touchdowns.

The Indians will be in the playoffs for the 27th consecutive year, which is a running state record for postseason appearances. Current projections have the Indians finishing as high as No. 4 in Class AAA, which would mean they would be able to play at home the first two rounds. Who the Indians will be playing is guess work at best right now.
